Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily email, phone, and in-person communications with customers interested in booking eventsTake inbound sales calls, schedule, and build booked events, and oversee successful execution of all events Assist in meeting Center's quarterly sales objectives Work cohesively with the Center's management team to achieve desired outcomesTake the lead to oversee and prepare for daily events Delegate tasks to party hosts, as needed, to ensure proper preparation, set up and a smooth-running eventManage the host teamWork with management team on scheduled events to ensure smooth flow of event within the CenterSkills &
Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsConfident demeanor and comfortable speaking in front of large crowdsAbility to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environmentMulti-tasker with a strong work ethicPositive can-do attitude with no job considered too big or too smallExceptional organizational skills with attention to detailAble to see tasks through to completion in a timely mannerStrong leadership qualities with experience leading small teams Adaptable, flexible, and able to think quickly on the flyStrong computer skills, Microsoft Office 365 experience preferredLearns new computer applications quicklyAvailable to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and/or holidays, as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
