A family owned and operated business in the east valley is looking to add a new office receptionist/assistant to our team.
Job Duties include:
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Directs all calls to appropriate employees and departments.
-Receiving and sorting daily mail -Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email -Prepare communications, such as emails, reports, etc -Assist bookkeeper and purchasing departments with daily task -Assist with payroll department with collecting and verifying timesheets -Assist with payroll department with payroll data into system Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant - Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment - Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision - Professional demeanor with strong communication skills Please note that this position does not require specific construction receptionist experience, but any previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
