The Customer Care Agent is an important first point of contact for many of our patients.
These energetic and friendly professionals provide efficient, helpful telephone support for general questions and appointment scheduling.
Customer Care Agents at The Joint Chiropractic make the difference in how our potential patients view our clinics.
You'll also learn the role of Wellness Coordinator and have the opportunity to grow into that position.

(28 work hours per week minimum) Paid training and all the tools and resources you'll need to be successful.
What You'll Do Quickly and professionally answer incoming phone calls from potential and existing patients - listening to each customer's needs and concerns.
Obtain commitment for new patients to come in for first visit.
Follow up on leads by returning calls and emailing/texting potential patients to answer questions.
Proactively assist the Wellness Coordinators, as requested.
All other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need Age:
Must be 18
years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a call center/contact center/customer service preferred.
Ability to operate a computer and telephone systems while seated for extended periods of time.
Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with a pleasant voice, retaining composure, and building rapport among peers, stores and customers.
